What an absolutely great experience! From the moment we walked in, our server was not only friendly and personable but truly on top of her game, making us feel like VIPs. The food was simply divine—I indulged in two tacos that blew my taste buds away! The Asada taco was delightfully savory, while the Hawaiian chicken taco exceeded all expectations with its burst of flavor and the perfect pineapple salsa complementing every bite. Great experience! The food is solid but the people make it even better! We met Charlotte the Manager outside and she encouraged us to try this new restaurant and so glad we did! My Son loves tacos as much as I do and it was his birthday too, so made for a really nice experience! Katie was our server and Kassidy the hostess were awesome! There is such a positive vibe in this house! You absolutely must try their wings..best ever!..and fresh guacamole! Thanks to all the great people we met at Taco Mundo Columbia for creating such a nice evening for us and a great birthday treat for my Son! Much continued success!!
I would 100% come back and I highly recommend this restaurant. The servers were excellent and very friendly. The ambiance of the restaurant added to our experience and made dining very enjoyable. While the portions might not look very big, they were actually very filling. The tacos were so juicy and flavorful, they melted in your mouth and had a really nice flavor without being overpowering. The sides also complemented the tacos very well. Whether you get the corn or the rice and beans. , the side will complement the dish very well. I also highly recommend the trio dip appetizer. The queso was heavenly and we couldn’t get enough of it.
This place is an awesome Mexican spot for casual date night out. The vibes inside the restaurant were immaculate, very relaxed and pretty. Food was great. Felt like really good value for the price. Must must must recommend the churros, as they were to die for, crunchy outside with a very soft inside.
Taco Mundo y Cantina is officially one of my new favorite spots in Columbia. The food was so good — every bite was full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with care. The drinks were just as impressive (highly recommend trying a blood orange margarita!). The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, perfect for a night out with friends or just kicking back after a long day. And the service? Amazing. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right — food, drinks, vibe, and service — but Taco Mundo nails it. I’ll definitely be back!
Stopped by this location for the first time. The fresh Salsa and chips was delicious. For the appetizer, I had the Street Corn which was delicious. I could've ate corn and salsa by itself, but I had to try the Tacos. The Tacos were fresh, and the toppings were delicious. Service at the bar, and the music playing, while dining was great!
A beautiful and open space restaurant. Decent size menu & full bar! Food was fast and hot. Delicious. Facilities was clean. Staff were friendly. Gen Manager made sure to speak to and check on us, which I thought was a nice touch. Atmosphere is bright and pretty.
We went for lunch on a Saturday. We really enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and come back!
